SNAPS?

We are a non-profit organization in the Foothills area of Alberta including Nanton, High River, Black Diamond, Claresholm, MD of Foothills, Okotoks, DeWinton, Longview, Millarville, Turner Valley, Blackie and Red Deer Lake.

This organization's mission is to create fully inclusive communities by enhancing the lives of individuals with special needs through family support.

Foothills SNAPS supports families and community who are living with or connected to someone with special needs.
We provide education, information, and support to parents, siblings and community members who are connected to someone with special needs in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

SNAPS supports many needs from Asthma, Aspergers, Cerebral Palsy, ADD, Gifted and Talented, to Williams Syndrome and more. This organization will work with families and community to connect them to the resources they require. Any family or community member is welcome to get in touch with SNAPS to access us personally or our library of resources. We are just a call away!
